Celtics rule.

Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen and Paul Pierce (from left to right in photo) along with a superior supporting cast, beat the LA Lakers in game 6 of the 2007/2008 NBA Championship finals, 131 to 92. Actually, they demolished them. The Celtics out-ran and out-hustled their opponents in the second half to seal the victory and to ignite their fans into a frenzy of excitement. After two decades of just average basketball since their last championship, this 17'th title was sweet.
Boston is a sports fan's paradise with recent successful contenders in football, baseball and now basketball.
Not to sound ungrateful but I would love to see a resurgence of the Boston Bruins ice hockey team. In my mind, I keep seeing that magical vision of Bobby Orr suspended horizontally in mid-air in front of the St. Louis Blues goalie after clinching the winning goal.
Was that kind of a thrilling climax, the kind that made one's hair stand on the back of the neck, a once-in-a-lifetime phenomena?
I hope not.
